7 Day Flat Abs Kickstarter: a 7-day challenge

I’m excited to announce that a NEW 7-day Breaking Ballet challenge has arrived!
If you are sick of your ‘mum tum’, have no time to fix it and have tried everything but you still feel like you are missing something, this is the challenge for you. It is that missing piece.
After so many of you saw great results with the 5-Day Ballet Abs Challenge, I wanted to bring you something a little different.
I know you all enjoy the daily short 15-minute workouts on these challenges but what happens after the challenge? If you don’t join BBackstage - my online membership – then how are you staying consistent with your fitness?
So during this 7 Day Kickstarter, not only will you be completing short workouts each day, you will also receive tools to enable you to overcome obstacles that have so far got in the way of your fitness goals. During this challenge you are going to jump-start your fitness and finally find a path to success that brings you confidence, clarity and MOTIVATON.
During this 7-day challenge you can expect to:
Create the habit of daily exercise
Feel motivated to eat right and exercise daily;
Tone, strengthen and tighten your tummy so you feel comfortable in your clothes;
Improve your fitness mindset for long-term success
Feel back in control of your health and wellbeing so you can handle what life throws at you
This challenge is going to be the start of something special for you. A new mindset around your body and exercise. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can see great results provided you put in a small amount of effort each day and I guarantee you will FEEL amazing too. During this challenge I will show you just how easy this can be when you know how.
The kickstarter is £5 to join. Not only will you complete a daily abs workout, you will also discover just how to stay consistent with your workouts, so you can apply all these techniques going forwards.
Once you have signed up, all the content is yours to keep (including all the workouts, top tip videos and recordings of the live sessions we do together). I want you to make a commitment to yourself that from 7 October things will change.
No equipment required. Just find a space at home and follow along.
You will gain access to the kickstarter portal with a login email and password so you can access the workouts and other content any time you like during, or after, the kickstarter.
A link to the workouts will be sent direct to your inbox for each of the 7 days.
No dance experience is necessary. The workouts are suitable for dancers and non-dancers.
I am on hand every day in the kickstarter Facebook Group to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
The kickstarter is designed for busy women just like you. The workouts are quick and effective and the videos are short but packed with useful tools for you to work on. By the end of the 7 days you will notice a real difference in your tummy and have a completely different outlook on workout regimes and how easy it can be to prioritise your health and wellbeing.
